Sam Appleton is a professional triathlete from Sydney, Australia. Over the last 6 years, Sam has established himself as one of the most competitive and successful middle distance triathletes in the world, with over fifteen 70.3 victories and five top 10 finishes at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships.
